It is located on a hill with a sea view, facing Playa Grande. Villa Ludamu is in a strategic position: 800 meters from the sea, a 5-minute drive from the charming town of Donnalucata and equally close to the famous Marina di Ragusa, one of the most sought-after tourist destinations in Sicily.

Restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, and beaches are easily accessible.

Guests have exclusive use of an entire floor of Villa Ludamu, which includes two bedrooms, two separate bathrooms, a sauna, a kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, a winter garden, and a laundry room with two additional showers for the pool.

Villa Ludamu is conveniently located between Marina di Ragusa and Donnalucata, making all activities (swimming, dining, shopping, pharmacies, etc.) easily accessible.

Contrada Spinazzella is a gentle hill above Playa Grande, reachable within minutes. Playa Grande Beach is near Donnalucata, on the southeast coast of Sicily. It is 28 km from Ragusa and features fine golden sand washed by cobalt blue waters. The small bay, at the edge of the Irminio River Natural Reserve, extends for about 600 meters and ends with a stretch of swimmable rocks towards Donnalucata. The beach has a small lido offering a bar, umbrella, and sunbed rentals.

Donnalucata has about 4,000 residents in winter, growing to over 10,000 in summer. Many locals move here for the season, and in recent years, an increasing number of tourists have come to appreciate this tranquil village. It has all essential services, bars, restaurants, B&Bs, and hotels.

Marina di Ragusa is a district of Ragusa in southeastern Sicily. It has seen continuous growth in tourist numbers, thanks to public and private investments that have enhanced its appeal in Italy and Europe. Today, it is considered the most important tourist destination on the Iblean coastline and possibly all of eastern Sicily.

There is ample parking around Villa Ludamu, with no traffic or through traffic, ensuring a peaceful stay. Beaches, restaurants, and supermarkets are easily reachable. A car rental is recommended for visiting other attractions in the Ragusa area. Must-see places:
